UEFA Certificate/Diploma in Football Management
UEFA is offering a two-tier academic programme (foundation and advanced courses) to the staff of its member national associations as a part of the Knowledge & Information Sharing Scenario (KISS) initiative.

The UEFA Certificate and Diploma in Football Management (UEFA CFM and UEFA DFM) are courses combining elearning modules with face-to-face seminars. Run by academic experts, each module focuses on an important aspect of the management of football associations. For the UEFA CFM, which is more theoretically orientated, the modules cover:
• The organisation of football
• Strategic and performance management of a football association
• Operational management of a football association
• Football event management
• Football marketing and sponsorship
• Internal and external communication in football associations

The UEFA DFM, which is more practice-orientated, concentrates on the organisation of a football match/event and looks at:
• The management of volunteers
• Stadium management
• Marketing operations
• PR and media operations

These courses are issued, in ECTS credits, through the Swiss Graduate School of Public Administration (IDHEAP) at the University of Lausanne.
